A couple of days ago I had the opportunity to explore Savanna, Texas, and from what I saw it was gorgeous. If you’re thinking about moving to North Texas, be sure not to miss Savanna.

Staying Cool this summer is one always keep in mind. With temperatures breaking 100 degrees on a daily basis, it’s never been so important to keep your cool. 

This heat can be annoying, dangerous, but it may also be fun if you approach it at the right angle. 

Heres’ Some Tips

*Keep Cool.. keep your car cool, you cool, dog cool, cat cool..

*If you still want to exercise this summer be smart. Wake up around 8am (earlier if desired), and get moving.  Careful the sun usually gets happy around 8:40. 

*Water your grass at night. Even if you wake up early to water your lawn the rate at which the water evaporates off the grass will damage your lawn. 

*Stay hydrated, dehydration is serious. Even if you work behind a desk, 8 glasses of water for the day. Okay?
